Thank you SO much for the gentle, caring and professional experience you gave my colt, Ty. Both of you were so understanding and patient with him regarding his fear of a trailer. You made this such a POSITIVE experience for him. I was understandably nervous about sending my boy on such a long trip with virtual strangers, but as soon as I met the two of you “face to face”, I knew immediately that Ty was going to be in the best of hands. Additionally, you didn’t “drain my wallet” as so many others will do. The two of you are FIRST CLASS all the way! I will be calling you again when it’s time to bring my boy home. I wouldn’t trust him with anyone else!

UPDATE ..............

Hi, I still feel lost in the house. JT turned 1 last week, Its hard to unpack with a one year old and he sure is a cling monster. Still have lots of boxes to unpack. Horses are HOT.  Sometimes they just stand and get sweaty.  Haven't  had time to build stalls in the barn so my sweet horses are turning into fighting mules and beating each other up.  
 
The colt lost some weight and I have found a place to feed him by the other horses and close a gate so they can't get to him.  It takes him a long time to eat so I have to go back out to the barn after about 45 min and put him back in with the others. Today is cooling off. Thank GOD.  No rain to speak of. Just one time in 3 weeks and it rained for about 5 min. Really.  The colt is looking a little better. It will take some time.

We would like to thank you very much for bringing our yearling- KC home to us last week.  You did a fine job of getting him back to us in a safe manner.  He means a great deal to us & we appreciate all your efforts to keep him safe & comfortable on his long ride.  
 
I'm sure there will be another time when we will need a haul from here or there to wherever & we will not hesitate to contact you about a rate, knowing that you gave us a great ride for a very fair price.

Just a note of thanks for the wonderful care that Jeff gave to Bounder during the trip.  He looked terrific after getting off the trailer - you'd never know he traveled so many miles.  Andrea really appreciated all the calls from Jeff along the road, keeping her updated as to where they were in the trip - she was very reassured - and knew her "baby" was in good hands.  I'm attaching a photo of Bounder in his new "digs" and a picture of Andrea competing on him.
 
Thanks again and let me know when you need the deposit for the May trip back to Littleton from Nacogdoches.

Hey Guys!!!
Sorry I havent called you back... Ive been looking at buying a barn out here of my own... But I figured I'd drop you a note on my lunch break before popping off again!!
I just want to say thanks so much for bringing my little boy to me. He has been such a great addition to my 4-legged family that I dont know what Id do without him. Im so glad I found you guys, he got to me all safe and sound what a relief! awesome..
Ive been working with him daily trying to get him so that I can put him in a fall halter class here at a local show, hes getting better but he does have a little attitude but hes so willing! Hes started his lunging and hes a natural, I put a little syrcingle on him it was a little big but I let him run around with that on to get used to a little pressure and he didnt even move. My boyfriend loves his mountain bike which is actually how I got him to go on trail rides with me, he didnt want to ride a horse and he loves to bike so we put two and two together and its a pretty funny sight. Anyways point being all my horses are used to the whole bike thing, but not midnight. Adam rode out in the arena with midnight and tried to get him used to the bike (for future riding purposes) and Nite was not having it!! He has such amazing movement, his gaits are just beautiful let me tell you GAITED IS MY FAVORITE NOW! He had that really extended trot "rack" right? hehe Im learning. Anyways hes a gorgeous boy! What a deal I got on him. From Kill Pen to Pasture I feel so good about this thing hes going to be my boy to the very end of his days, heck him and I will grow old together! hehe.
Well Ive got to get going, putting up more pasture plus I have to find all this crappy paperwork for the bank ughh, but at least nite and I will have a new place to go, brand new barn and open land. Could it get any better then that?

Thank you folks so very much for getting my cantankerous old arab through that grueling 3,000 mile journey. I know he sure didn't make it easy or worry-free on Jeff but I felt so much better knowing that he was in such good hands. Jeff made it so I didn't have to worry by doing all the worrying himself! He must have tried just about every trick in the book to get that silly old horse to drink! But, Kano is a very... opinionated fellow who is sometimes inclined to be rather odd, and he got here alert and free-moving, so I am just as happy as can be! The consistent contact by phone was very helpful, and the back and forth with Becky is just fantastic! I will recommend you guys in a heartbeat! With deep gratitude and many thanks, Rabeka Ivie.... Becky and Jeff, I wanted to take a minute to sit down and write a heartfelt THANK YOU to both of you for the wonderful experience I had with your transport service. Becky, you were more than accommodating when I was trying to close the deal (with a few monkey wrenches thrown in- it's on, it's off. It's on, it's off. IT'S ON, let's roll!) and was on such a tight schedule. Jeff, you took wonderful care of my new girl! She arrived fresh as a daisy, well fed and hydrated. You'd never know that she'd just made the trip from CA to MN! You called twice a day to give me an update while you were on the road and were so kind and caring.

Thanks again for your excellent care and customer service. You are by far the best.

Holy Cow Becky,

I just this minute got the computer up and running....150 e-mails I just deleted without reading a one of them! Hope people understand......Obviously yours was not one of them. All horses present and accounted for! The people come today between 11 and 2 to take away the empty boxes....Wow! I'm exhausted! The horses are in surprisingly good shape....they were well cared for during the trip, thanks so much! I put them back on full rations three days ago....They are very grateful!

I'll send pictures of them in a few days.

Hi Becky, just wanted to send a couple pics of Patience & me plus Amy is the one on Patience with my sister & me when I was in Ohio a couple weeks ago.

I know I'll sleep well tonight knowing he's safe & sound in the paddock. He's so low keyed but took alpha over my other 3. He's a good boy.

I sure hope Jeff does all right getting the other horses delivered and can make his deadline. I was hoping he would have taken a shower in our bunkhouse and maybe caught a couple of zzzz's but he was pretty worried about readhing each destination to get home Fri by 11a.m.

I advertised you on the Horsegazette showing your web site for anyone looking for a transport company. There might be nightmare situations out there but its always good to here positive about a company.

As I told Jeff, ya'll are welcome anytime you're in the area to stay a spell whether you're passing thru with a horse or bringing your own and wanting to see Texas sites.

I just wanted to say "thank you" for safely delivering Buddy to his new home in GA! He arrived in good time and good shape and he is now enjoying being out with hew new friends. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone who needs a horse shipper!!

p.s. I went to a feed store today and someone needed a transporter and I pulled out Jeff's card and immediately gave it to her.....

Oh Becky, I am still so happy she is here. I rode her yesterday for the first time and she did awsome. Didn't even try to kill me once. I feel bad for her though, she is only allowed outside for 1 hour per day till we can build her up to this KY grass that is in full bloom.

I don't know how to thank you and Jeff for taking such good care of me and Dessy. I was so worried, and she looked great when she got here. I will definately use you guys again and recomend your service to anyone in need. Thanks again both of you. Kris

Just a quick E-mail to let you know the absolutely outstanding job Jeff Hardwick did while he transported my Show Paint Gelding from Arizona to Connecticut – 2600+ plus miles. My horse arrived in perfect condition, with-out one strand of hair out of place. Jeff’s commitment and care to the horses that he is transporting is extremely rare in your industry. Please let everyone know who calls to book a transport, that Jeff is the “best”. I will certainly use your transport services in the future.

My horse was so well taken care of, after the long journey, I was able to saddle him up within a few hours of receiving him, and enjoyed a wonderful scenic trail ride.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you. When my colt arrived in Maine from Missouri on 9/9/06 he looked really great. Jeff took good care of him and did a great job. I had been really stressed out about someone I didn’t know hauling my colt, but Jeff was very considerate of my feelings and worries during the long trip. He assured me that everything was going good and called me everyday to fill me in on my baby. I also called him a few times. When they arrived my colt didn’t want to get off the trailer. But with Jeff’s help and patience all ended well. If and when I ever have to have another baby or horse transported I will be calling your company and asking for Jeff. I have already told a lot of my friends.

 A quick note to let you know that Jeff did a great job. There were moments that were difficult, and he handled the situations well. We so often get complaints, and not enough praise. I would like to extend a special word of gratitude to Jeff. He was so very friendly and answered all of my calls, even though they became a bit lengthy and numerous. Everything went very, very well. The horse arrived calm and relaxed, well fed and well hydrated. Jeff did a great job. He seemed to really take a liking to the horse he brought for me. It was gratifying to know that he appreciated the animal and took such care with him. I told him that on the day the horse arrived I finally heard back from one of the other haulers that I had contacted. I told them they were several days late and wanted nearly twice the price.

I have to tell you that Jeff is the greatest hauler in the entire universe! He called me sometimes twice a day. He went the extra mile, providing Duke with a stall for a night in Watsonville that occurred unexpectedly. Jeff is just the greatest! Thanks for making this so easy for me. Jeff delivered the filly this morning around 9am. She arrived looking great. Jeff was wonderful with her, very patient (considering she's never trailered before). He took the time to look her over once she was out of the trailer to make sure she hadn't hurt herself getting out. Said she was eating and drinking just fine the whole trip. No problems at all.

I really appreciate you (and Jeff) transporting my filly, especially on short notice. You guys are really great, and thanks a lot!

 Our new horse, "Cody" arrived here this evening. I have never used a horse transport company before. So, I was a bit nervous about how to select somebody to haul a young horse 1,000 miles, from Vermont to Illinois. I didn't want this youngster to be on a trailer for an extended period of time. And like most people, I was on a budget. Your company was definitely the answer. We lucked out with a direct drive from VT to IL and your price was competitive. Best of all, the driver, Jeff, is absolutely wonderful. Both the seller in VT and I could tell that Jeff cares about the horses. "Cody" arrived this evening and at 17 months of age, came off of the trailer as if he simply had been on a trip around the block. He showed no signs of stress, whatsoever.  I will definitely use your company again in the future and I will recommend your company to anybody who needs a horse shipped.
